School Council
At Longwick Primary School, we have a School Council made up of students from each class who are chosen through a democratic vote. This means every child has the chance to pick their class representatives, making sure everyone’s voice is heard.
We meet every week with Mrs. Wakefield to talk about ideas, suggestions, and anything we think could make our school even better. It’s a chance for us to share our thoughts about things like school events, activities, and ways to improve learning.
Mrs. Wakefield listens carefully to what we say, helps guide us, and often makes changes based on our ideas. It feels good knowing that we can make a real difference and that our opinions matter.
Being part of the School Council helps us learn important skills like leadership, teamwork, and communication, and it makes us feel proud to be part of a school community where everyone’s voice counts!
