Dear Parents/Carers,

We are so pleased that your child has been offered a place to join Longwick School in September 2024 and are looking forward to working with you and supporting your child’s transition into school. To facilitate this, we have a variety of opportunities for familiarisation over the coming couple of months.

We will hold a welcome and information evening on Tuesday 4th June 2024 at 6pm in the school hall.

We would like to invite you and your child for a stay and play session:

Group A - Tuesday 25th June at 1:00pm-3:00pm

Group B - Tuesday 2nd July at 9:30am-11:30am

We will also be holding story time session for you and your child:

Group A – Tuesday 9th July at 2:30pm-3:15pm

Group B - Tuesday 16th July at 2:30pm-3:15pm

In addition, we will be visiting your child's current setting before the end of the summer term.

3rd Inset day

4th Inset day

5th Group A in school 9:00am-12:30pm / Group B parents meetings in afternoon

6th Group B in school 9:00am-12:30pm / Group A parents meetings in afternoon
